If I use Free shipping option and my package is lost or damage in transit can I have a replacement or refund?

No, the Free shipping we use is First Class Mail and don't include insurance for lost, or damage in transit, you have to choose Priority Mail what include Insurance in order to receive any replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages with status "delivered" . I will have proof that your package was dispatched. if you have concerns insure your package.

Product damage in transit or receive a wrong product.

1- The claim need to be in 1-2 days after receive the package.
2- We need to see pictures of the package and item from both sides.
3- The item can't not be installed.

In case 4x4Graphics approve a Return or Exchange what I have to do.
We are not accepting Return or Exchange but if we agree this is what you have to do:

For Return:

1- Must be in good condition (no damages) we can resell.
2- Shipping cost involved it is not refundable, your refund will be total of order less shipping cost and for the Free shipping orders is total less around $3.99 - $4.50
3- Customer pay for shipping back with Ground Advantage Service this include tracking number and insurance, both of us can monitoring when we will receive.
4- If we receive the item with damage or broken will be not eligible for refund and customer have to claim insurance for the shipping and customer will receive the money from the claim.
5- Return to same address you have in the label package.



For Exchange:
1- Must be in good condition (no damages) we can resell.
2- Customer pay for both way shipping with tracking number to monitoring when we and customer receive the package.

Priority Mail USPS – Have tracking number and insurance, if package is missing, damage we can replace your products.

How to install badges.

Easy to Install

1- Don’t install outside with extreme freezing temperatures, find an indoor, garage area to do the installation.
2- These badges are NOT flexible by design. Don't install in areas have slight curve, look for flat area.
3- Remove if any existing emblems and badges that are in your way.
4- Clean the surface with a clean rag and alcohol and then completely dry the area (It needs to be completely dry or the tape won’t stick..
5- Apply a heat for a few seconds to the area with a hair dryer to keep warm if surface is a little cold. (Optional)
6- Peel off the backing paper that protects the adhesive on the badge.
7- Centralize in the area where be apply.
8- After install press badge for 30 sec.
