What shipping methods are availbale?

Free Shipping or First Class Mail USPS or USPS First Class International Package Service – Have tracking number but Not Insurance Included, if package is missing, damage in transit we CAN’T replace your products and this service take (4-6 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that order it is placed)

Priority Mail USPS – Have tracking number and insurance, if package is missing, damage we can replace your products.
and this service take (1-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that order it is placed)

Any question or claim for shipping you need to address directly with USPS.com (Local Post Office)

How long will it take to get my package?

Our lead time to ship your package you can see at top of head screen, normally we ship before that time.

When you get your package: after we ship depend the shipping option you choose,
First Class or Free Shipping can take 3-7 business days.
Priority Mail can take 2-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry but not at this moment, we had in the past some customer having issues with CUSTOMS and alway blame us for that.

In case 4x4Graphics approve a Return or Exchange what I have to do.

We are not accepting Return or Exchange but if we agree this is what you have to do:

For Return:
1- Must be in good condition (no damages) we can resell.
2- Shipping cost involved it is not refundable.
3- Your refund will be total of order less shipping cost and for the Free shipping orders is total less $3.99
4- Customer pay for shipping back with tracking number to monitoring when we will receive, if we receive the item with damage or broken and shipping don't have insurance the order will be not elegible for refund.

For Exchange:
1- Must be in good condition (no damages) we can resell.
2- Customer pay for both way shipping with tracking number to monitoring when we and customer receive the package.

If I use Free shipping option and my package is lost or damage in transit can I have a replacement or refund?

No, the Free shipping we use is First Class Mail and don't include insurance for lost, or damage in transit, you have to choose Priority Mail what include Insurance in order to receive any replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages with status "delivered" . I will have proof that your package was dispatched. if you have concerns insure your package.

Product damage in transit.

1- Package need to be shipped with Priority Mail which have insurance.

2- The claim need to be in 1-2 days after receive the package.
3- We need to see pictures of the package and item from both sides.
4- The item can't not be installed.
